Because we have projects from coast to coast, we staff our teams where the work is, which allows us to support growth in multiple markets. From localized development and construction teams, to clusters of O&M techs to service a specific utility territory, we put our people where the work is, hiring locally and providing the training required to succeed.

Strata puts a specific emphasis on recruiting military veterans, because we are committed to giving back to the military workforce by helping to create jobs and training for a successful career in a growing field. And we recognize that veterans coming from a career in military possess the training and experience that can transfer well to a role in the solar industry.

To keep up with the growing demand for solar jobs, especially in construction, Strata hosts job fairs across the country where we recruit locally to join our local construction teams.

We aim to prepare all of our employees for successful careers, which comes with a shared commitment to quality. In 2016 Strata implemented a total quality management program, First Time Right, that provides classroom and hands-on field experience to ensure that each team member understands what 100% quality looks like, before advancing in their role. This Six Sigma approach permeates every department, from our engineering drawings to our installers, holding everyone accountable and creating a quality standard that our customers have come to expect.
